Bucharest Symphonic Pops

BUCHAREST SYMPHONIC POPS, emblem of Proms of Delight, represents a new remarcable orchestra on the Romanian music scene that gathers young members from the Bucharest George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra, National Radio Orchestra, and the Radio Big Band.

Starting from the formula of a classical symphonic orchestra, the BSP is enlarged with the section of rhythm and saxophones, that has, as result, a modern sound, amplified with a special flexibility. This is the reason that makes possible to approach a large range of music styles from classic to symphonic jazz, from pop to waltz and polka, that, by the atmosphere that is created, impresses all ages music lovers.
