Aura Urziceanu is one of the biggest personalities in the Romanian Music. Coming from a musicians family she started to study classic violin with her father, violin teacher and violinist in Radio Orchestra.

Her carrier is impressive. Launched 38 years ago by Duke Ellington in an international career, Aura Urzicianu, performed with Ella Fitzgerald, Quincy Jones, Mel Lewis, Sarah Vaughn.

She participated to prestigious competitions such as Newport Jazz Festival, Village Vanguard or Carnegie Hall.

She is a maestro of the jazz, with a great voice and an exquisite technique.
