Accoustic Chamber Choir

Accoustic Chamber Choir has been founded in spring 2001. Formed of young proffesionals this choir has the purpose of promoting a generation music, music found at the border between the classical concept of choir and modern style, a music animated by the artistic rigorouses of the classicism and by the imperative of the contemporary accessibility.

Over the latest years the Choir became as an outstanding representative of Romanian choral music among the most valuable chamber choirs in Romania.
The choir is formed out of 35 young professional musicians (who sang in the best Bucharest chamber choirs such as: Madrigal National Chamber Choir, Romanian Radio Broadcasting Corporation Choir, “George Enescu” Philarmonic Choir, “Preludiu” Chamber Choir).

The choir is keeping a high vocal standard and a rich and interesting repertoire: from renaissance music (both religious and profane) through symphonic one, up to modern and contemporary music, folklore, theater music and more.
